How much does automation cost?
Connecting two apps is a small job, while a process with several steps and exceptions costs more. Written quote within 24 hours of a short call. Also allow for the fee of the tool itself, if the solution needs one.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the number of steps and apps, and you get the exact timeline in the quote. We only switch the automation on after testing it on real cases.
How do I find out what is worth automating?
In the consultation we go through what you do by hand and how often. We start where the most time can be saved with the least risk. If you want to go deeper, book an IT consulting session online.
What will you need from us?
A demonstration of how you do the task today (showing it once on screen is enough), and access to the apps that are to be connected.
Which tools do you use?
Most often n8n, Make and Zapier, and for more complex cases we write custom code. We choose based on your apps, the volume of data and where the data should run, not on fashion.
Do we have to change the tools we use?
Mostly not, we connect what you already have. If a tool cannot be connected or holds you back needlessly, we will tell you and suggest a replacement.
