Questions before you start.

Can I cancel the subscription at any time?

Yes. The plan is monthly with no lock-in. Just send us an email, and it stays valid until the end of the paid month.

What if Wetrixo did not build my website?

We will look after it too. For a website we did not build, we start in the first month with an intake check: we find out what the website runs on, whether it has backups and what needs updating.

What happens to unused hours?

Hours in the Growth and Partner plans are valid in the given month. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes, we send you an invoice by email every month, to a company or a private person.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer, based on the invoice we email you every month. Prices are excl. VAT, and 23% VAT is added to the price.

How does the help hour work?

You tell us what needs solving and how many hours (1 to 5) you want. We get in touch, agree how to proceed and send an invoice.
