  • VAT and invoicing, data in the EU

    Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge); private customers in the EU pay Slovak VAT of 23%. Clients outside the EU pay no Slovak VAT. We store bookings in a database in the EU.

  • Changes by link

    Reschedule or cancel via the link in the email; reminders one day and two hours before.
