Real estate developer website: Buyers see at a glance what is still available, and at what price.

A real estate developer website shows the price, layout and status of every house or apartment, and sends each enquiry with the exact unit attached. That is what we built for Pekné bývanie pri Dunaji, where 5 of 8 houses have been sold so far, for a total of €1,025,000.

  • Available, reserved or sold shown on every unit
  • Filters for location, rooms and budget
  • 5 of 8 houses sold, €1,025,000 in total

Sold means sold. Nobody needs to phone and ask.

02What you get

What a real estate project website has to do.

  • Status on every unit

Every home carries an available, reserved or sold label, and a bar shows where the whole project stands.

  • Filters that show what is left

Buyers pick a location, number of rooms and budget, and see straight away how many available homes match.

  • Choosing on the map

The real site plans sit right on the website, next to a list of homes with price and status.

  • Floor plans and data as PDFs

Buyers download the floor plan with areas, the site plan and technical details without signing up.

  • Instalment next to the price

A calculator shows an indicative monthly instalment and sends a request for a no-obligation mortgage offer with one button.

  • An enquiry about one specific home

Enquiries and viewing requests reach the salesperson with the house number attached.

03Comparison

Your own project website or portal listings and a PDF?

AvailabilityAvailable, reserved or sold on every unit, all in one place.Listings are updated one by one and the PDF goes stale quickly.
DocumentsFloor plan, site plan and technical details as PDFs, no sign-up.Whatever fits in the listing, the rest by email.
Proof of salesSold homes stay online with their label and price. The listing disappears, and with it the evidence of sales.
EnquiriesArrive with the house number attached.Often generic: please send me the price list.
TrafficYou bring it in yourself with SEO, ads and your own contacts.Portals already have people who are actively looking.
Upfront costHigher, a one-off payment for design and development.Lower, you pay for the listings.

It is not either or. Portals bring people in, and your own website persuades them and takes the enquiry.

04Through the sales cycle

The website changes as the project sells.

  • Before sales open

Prices are not final and you are collecting interest. A page with the location, visuals and a form is enough.

  • First phase goes live

The list of units arrives, with price, layout and status, so buyers know within seconds how much is available.

  • The last few homes

Filters and the status bar do the explaining, so nobody phones about a home that has already gone.

  • After selling out

Sold homes stay online with label and price. A sold-out location becomes a reference for your next project, like the 4 houses in Vojka nad Dunajom.

05When it fits

Not every project needs its own website.

Worth it when

  • You sell in phases or across several locations at once.
  • Availability changes every week and your sales team keeps explaining what has gone.
  • There are enough units that buyers have to choose between them.
  • You want campaigns to send people to a specific home, not a general listing.

Less will do when

  • You are selling one or two houses. Good photos and a listing will do.
  • An estate agency handles the sale and already has a page for the project.
  • You first want to test demand. One page with a form is enough.
  • You need contracts, commissions and agent logins. That is an internal system, so look at our custom software.
06Case study

Pekné bývanie pri Dunaji: 5 of 8 houses sold.

The developer sells family houses in Vojka nad Dunajom, Bodíky and Gabčíkovo in Slovakia, and the status changes every week. With a PDF price list and a spreadsheet, buyers call about houses that have already sold and the salesperson loses time explaining.

We built a website and sales system with filters, a site plan map, house passports as PDFs and an instalment calculator. So far 5 of 8 houses have been sold, for a total of €1,025,000, and all 4 houses in Vojka nad Dunajom are sold out. Enquiries now arrive about a specific house rather than “send me the price list”. The sold houses and their prices are public on the client's website.

A website does not sell houses on its own. Location, price and the salesperson decide, and we cannot promise a number of sales. It does remove what slows a buyer down: outdated availability, a missing floor plan and pointless phone calls.

07Process

From a spreadsheet of units to live availability online.

  1. 01

    We go through the project

We find out how many units and phases there are and who updates the status, then send a written quote with a price and a deadline.

  2. 02

    Structure and design

We lay out the project, location and units, and you see the design in 3 to 7 days, before any coding starts.

  3. 03

    Build and unit data

Development takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on scope, and the quote gives the exact date.

  4. 04

    Launch and handover

We launch the site, connect it to Google Search Console and show your sales team how to change a status.

08FAQ

Questions before you start.

Who changes the status when a home sells?

You or your salesperson, in the admin area and without a developer. You switch the unit to available, reserved or sold, and the website shows it on the unit and in the project overview.

Should sold homes stay on the website?

We recommend it if you are comfortable showing prices. Sold homes with a label and price show the project is moving, as on the Pekné bývanie pri Dunaji website. If not, keep only the label or hide the unit.

Does it work for apartment blocks and several phases?

Yes. The structure is the same: project, phase, then the unit with its layout, price and status. Our reference is family houses, but the approach carries over.

Can enquiries go straight into our CRM?

They arrive by email with the unit number first. If your CRM has an API, we check the connection and include it in the quote. We do not promise a ready-made link to any particular program.

What does a property developer website cost?

It depends on the number of units and phases, features such as a map or calculator, and who supplies the visuals and text. You get the price in writing upfront, and the final payment falls due only after handover.

How do you work with developers outside Slovakia?

Online on Google Meet, with calls in Slovak or English. We meet in person only in Bratislava. You approve the website text in your buyers' language before launch, and the quote says who prepares it.

Next step

Send us your list of homes.

A spreadsheet or a PDF price list is fine. We will tell you what belongs on the website and whether a dedicated site is worth it at that number of units. Written quote within 24 hours of a short call.
